Consulting Services for Supporting and Monitoring Operators and Traders of Timber and Timber products
The new service provided by NERCO – N. CHLYKAS & ASSOCIATES SA under the name “Consulting Services for Supporting and Monitoring Operators and Traders of Timber and Timber products”, is addressed to operators and traders who intend to place timber and timber products from/to the European Union.
Given that according to Regulation ( EU) 995/2010 , operators should exercise due diligence through a system of measures and procedures to minimize the risk of placing illegally harvested timber and products derived from such timber on the internal market , the company NERCO - N. CHLYKAS & ASSOCIATES SA provide services that meet the following requirements:
- Design and development of Due Diligent System, according to article 4 paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 995/2010
- Consultancy Services on :
a) Management of DDS implementation (proper implementation, monitoring, amendments)
b) Support Operators and Traders on changes to regulations and rules derived from them
